Chronic Disease Management
& Health Optimization

Vector Physiology Pro gives patients, physical therapists, and primary care managers precise, data-driven tools to monitor physiological responses and manage long-term health. The platform does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It bridges the gap between clinical guidance and daily implementation by tracking the metrics that matter.

Biometric Wearable Integration

Syncs with continuous health monitors and wearables, including Rook integration, to track systemic responses, heart rate variability, and recovery metrics in real time.

Adaptive Scalable Periodization

Structured, progressive exercise programming that adjusts to daily systemic load and mobility limitations, for safe movement with metabolic conditions, insulin resistance, or cardiovascular concerns.

Objective Progress Tracking

Clinicians and users see longitudinal health data side by side, connecting prescribed movement routines to measurable changes in baseline physiology.

The Founder’s Story

Military Discipline Meets
Exercise Physiology

Vector Physiology Pro medic crest

Randy Winchester, M.S., CPT

Founder & Performance Architect

Randy Winchester founded Vector Physiology Pro to bring military discipline, applied physiology, and individualized coaching into one clear approach to human performance. An 11-year Army veteran, exercise scientist, and coach, he combines experience caring for people under pressure with advanced study in how the body fuels, moves, and adapts.

  • A foundation built in service

As a combat medic serving with infantry units, Randy learned to observe carefully, stay composed, and make deliberate decisions when the stakes were high. His Army medical experience included treating patients and caring for casualties in emergency rooms on bases in Iraq.

  • Physiology beyond the textbook

Army Live Tissue Training (LTT) labs gave Randy hands-on emergency medical training using live physiological models. That experience reinforced respect for anatomy, physiology, and the responsibility that comes with working with people. Today, those lessons inform his discipline and calm decision-making as a coach, within the separate scope of exercise practice.

  • Advanced study, practical coaching

Three master’s degrees in Sports Nutrition, Sports Performance, and Strength & Conditioning anchor his science-led approach. He connects that education with each client’s goals, training history, and day-to-day capacity to shape individualized strength, performance, and nutrition coaching.

  • Clinical Exercise Specialist, Physical Therapy Clinic

12 months in a physical therapy clinic, delivering over 5,000 patient sessions and roughly 2,000 clinical hours while seeing 20 to 25 patients a day, five days a week. Guided patients through prescribed therapeutic exercise alongside licensed physical therapists, progressing each plan from early rehab to restored strength and function.

  • The art of the instructor

His background as a Certified Army Instructor carries into every coaching session: explain the purpose, teach the movement clearly, and help the client apply it with confidence. The goal is not just a demanding workout, but a better understanding of how to train with intention.

  • Our mission

Bring discipline, evidence, and personal attention to the same training plan. At Vector Physiology Pro, science guides the decisions, clear instruction makes them usable, and the individual stays at the center.

From Rehab to Performance

Finishing physical therapy shouldn't mean your progress stops. I've worked inside the clinic and know the standard of care your therapist set. Vector Physiology Pro picks up where rehab leaves off, continuing your exercises with the same attention to form, load, and safety while building you back stronger than before.

Your progress report goes with you to every appointment.

“We don’t just build athletes; we engineer unbreakable human beings through evidence-based protocols and the relentless spirit of perseverance.”

First off, the quality of the product and the level of service are truly impressive. I genuinely believe this is something that could change the fitness industry. And while the product and service speak for themselves, what really sets it apart is the person behind it all. You can tell there's a real passion for what they're building and a genuine desire to make a difference. It's rare to come across someone with that kind of vision, dedication, and commitment to helping others. I'm excited to see how far this goes because I truly believe it's just the beginning.

I worked with Randy for several months after having my second child and he was a joy to train with. Not only did he help me get into better shape than I was pre-pregnancy, he inspired in me a love of strength training that I am forever grateful for. Randy listens and motivates, pushes you beyond your limits physically and mentally, and does it all with a smile on his face. He is extremely knowledgable about diet, supplements, and how to effectively build muscle mass. I really appreciated his depth of knowledge as a woman who was somewhat new to weight training.
